                     Our Mission

    Step one: we work with you on your current mortgage, consolidating all your debt, credit cards, car loans, and anything else that needs to be paid off.  The end result is you pay the least amount you can each month on your mortgage payment.  We have seen debt consolidation create as much as $3,000 per month that was going out to pay down debt at high interest rates that now can be used to invest.  You must invest the saving you have created from debt consolidation or you will end up in worse shape than you were before.

    Step two: we work with you on your investments.  As you look over our entire web site you will notice we have a number of investment opportunities.  All investments should create passive income and yield at least 10% return on your money.   Many real estate investments can create much more than 10% although it is entirely up to you as to what you invest in.  We suggest you pick more than one avenue which will yield multiple streams of passive income.  You will notice as you look over the different income opportunities on our web site we have a number of  them and they all have the potential for passive income. 

    A good example of this is real estate investing.  If you have an income from a job making $5,000 per month we look to replace it with passive income from rental units.  You will need 10 properties yielding $500 per month in passive income to produce $5,000 per month.  This can easily be done over a 3 year period.  You are then financially independent.  You work when and how you want because you want to not because you have to.  As you can see you do not need millions of dollars to be financially independent.  You just need to replace that job so your money works for you instead of you working for your money.  Of course if you want to continue building your wealth beyond that we are here to help you.

We are looking for Private Lenders

    Are you tired of seeing 3% or 4% percent return on your certificate of deposit?  Did you know you could roll over your 401k into an IRA and use that IRA or the funds from your certificate of deposit to become a private lender?  Doesn't 12% return on your investment sound like a much better return than 3% or 4%?  That is exactly what we have to offer you.  We will give you 12% interest on your money and guarantee it with a first or second position on the investment property.
